MY EXPERIENCES  AS A COVENANT UNIVERSITY STUDENT

The saying NOTHING GOOD COMES WITHOUT HARDWORK is something i have been relating to since i stepped into covenant university. One thing is certain the stress here is on another level.

The day of resumption of freshers ( 30th of september 2023) , things were so hectic, i was asked to carry our luggage by myself to my room which was on the first floor and it was so tiring . Moving on i attended my first chapel service a day after resumption  and honestly speaking it was lovely .

Orientation week came by..... on the first day of orientation , the orientation was going really well, it was interesting.... it was taken by mrs shola coker ( the schools D.S.A) , she related her teachings with our everyday lives which made it really fun. Then from the second to the last day of orientation which was taken by series of academic, medical and non academic staffs were just basic , it felt like they were giving speeches instead of  orientating us .

The following week after orientation week, classes commenced , and it was so much more work than i thought.... the classes on the first 3 days of the week are very stressful and jampacked.... leaving that aside the rowdiness and large amount of students is really shocking , we also have the pushing and struggling to write attendance...... but the most important part is that the teachers are really nice.

Overall my experience was really overwhelming and  a turmoil of thoughts..... but i believe as time goes on , i will get adjusted  and  used to things , so that my other/ future experiences will be more memorable and full of  bliss.
